A Journey of Resilience and Purpose

Hi, my name is Hugo Pracas,

​

I would like to share with you the story behind Air-Deluxo and why I started this company. It all began a couple of years ago during my time as a mechanical fitter at my previous employer. I truly enjoyed my role there, particularly the opportunity to help others. I even served as a safety representative for my crew—a responsibility I embraced wholeheartedly.

Then, rather unexpectedly, I was let go. This proved to be an incredibly challenging time for both me and my family. Faced with this setback, I made the decision to embark on what I knew would be a difficult journey—starting my own company to create stability for us. While I wasn't immediately certain which direction to take, I was clear about one thing: I wanted to help people and make their lives better.

During this period of contemplation, I was encouraged to complete an air-conditioning installation course. Little did I know this would be the first step in my new career path. After finishing my training, I began assisting with aircon installations and noticed something striking—many of the units we were replacing weren't actually broken. They had simply stopped working because they were, quite frankly, filthy and disgusting!

I inquired whether companies specialized in cleaning these units and discovered that while such services existed, few businesses focused exclusively on this niche. And just like that, Air-Deluxo was born!

I take immense pride in this company because it aligns perfectly with my passion for helping others. There's something deeply satisfying about leaving a client's home knowing they now have a clean, safe space to breathe in. This mission is particularly close to my heart as I personally suffer from asthma, experience hay fever, and allergic to dust mites. My background experience combined with my safety-conscious mindset drives me to offer the absolute best service possible, creating a "safe haven" for my customers.

Though this journey is just beginning, it's an exciting one. I look forward to the opportunity to clean and sanitize your air-conditioning systems!
